Devices not connecting and internet is spotty

So I switched to T-Mobile internet and the strength shows it great. I work from home and I keep getting signed out if my VPN, which never happened prior to switching. I also cannot connect my Alexa Echo Show or my daughters tablet. Any advice or thoughts on what’s going on?
