Which gateway model do you have?

Login to the Gateway using the app.  Separate the 2.4GHz and 5GHz for your WiFi.  Whether or not it allows you to set the channel manually, I don't know.

There is no web GUI for your model, unlike the Nokia.

Since there is no channel parameter in the T-Mobile Home Internet app, you would have to use a backdoor system to access and change the channel parameter.
