Use Fold 4 In China
Would I be able to use my Galaxy Fold 4 in China without doing anything with the account or using another SIM card?

Sorry. For some reason that page fails about ½ of the time. When this happens, try “United Kingdom” and if that says “No Coverage” you know something’s wrong. Here’s what I get when I click the link you provided.

Have you had a problem in the past? With a postpaid account it should just work (within the limits of your plan).
