I recently purchased a used iPhone that is currently locked to T-Mobile USA. I am now using the device abroad and would like to request a SIM unlock so I can use it with a local carrier.

- iOS Version: Carrier 54.0
- Current location: Senegal

T-Mobile can not SIM unlock your device. T-Mobile USA only SIM unlocks devices for T-Mobile customers who have purchased their device from Tobile or an authorized retailer. You should rrturn the device to the place or person you acquired it from and get your money back.
