If you are trying to get a 2FA code for those services. Those codes usually are not sent internationally, meaning you won't receive a 2FA code for a US account on your US number unless you are in the US connected to the T-Mobile USA network. In some cases, WiFi Calling works to get around this but your device must be compatible with T-Mobile's implentation of WiFi Calling.
