Pixel 9, loss of connection while roaming
I've had an ongoing issue with international roaming on my Pixel 9 Pro
I was on a trip to the UK about 6 months ago and the phone would drop the connection, typically showing Connected, no Internet. The Internet stays out, I cannot make calls, send/receive texts. I am now in Korea on a trip and having the exact same issue.
The only way I can get reconnected is via restarting the phone or hitting repair in the Internet settings menu. I think I lose connection everytime the phone connects to a new tower.
I never received the automated welcome to Korea text from T-Mobile. I do not recall if I got one while I'm the UK with the same issue.
APN is fast t-mobile. Roaming is on, adaptive connectivity off or on makes no difference. Any ideas?

I haven't had any issues roaming with my Pixel 9 Pro XL. I have never been to Korea so that jist might ne a network compatibility issue along with the whole political paranoia going on over there. Have you tried giving T-Mobile Support a call to have them refresh your network connection to the network? Have you tried perfoing a network reset on your device followed by powering it off for a mimimun of 5 minutes to allow it to refresh its connection to the roing oartners network?
Support can be reached by callong 611 from your T-Mobile line in some countries but if that doesn't work for you.
International Callers
Call: 1-505-998-3793
All calls made to this number from a T-Mobile handset are free from roaming, airtime, or long distance charges. Calls made to this number from landlines and non-T-Mobile phones will incur international long distance charges as well as any other additional charges that may apply.
Customer Care representatives are available daily from 4 a.m. to Midnight PSTEdit: There is also the most basic things that I forgot to mention. Do you have roaming enabled on your device? Do you have any roing restrictions set for apps and data? Have you used up all of your high speed data? The reduced soeed data isn't actually fast enough to do most things we use our devices for on a daily basis Customer Care will be able to help you purchase a roaming add-on for high speed data.
