What’s the best plan to use internationally?
It depends on your rate plan.
I can't make phone calls I'm in Albania
Can I use Facebook Instagram to call when I out the country
Not T-Mobile would be best. Massively unreliable both in signal service and customer support. Almost certainly lying about 5g coverage too, it's embarrassingly slow.
