2023: T-Mobile service in Peru

Hello Everyone, I’m leaving to Peru in a few weeks and I need some guidance from this community. Can anyone tell me how is the data speeds, and how are the calls with reception? Should I be adding anything to my plan? I currently have an iPhone 14 Pro Max and have the first responders magenta max plan.
