Hello, I have a problem. I have tried to unlock my cell phone network but I can't.
You could take it to one of your local cellphone repair shops and pay them to SIM unlock it. There are alao many online SIM unlock services that charge a fee for SIM unlocking.

Are you a Tmobile customer and was the phone bought from them or one of their resellers.
I bought it through Facebook marketplace XD I'm from Ecuador, is there any way to unlock it?
Not through Tmobile. I suggest running the imei# through a checker to make sure it's not reported lost or stolen. If its clean take it to a local phone repair store to see if they can help. You're lucky it's an Android.
