Outstanding Customer Service Agent

I wanted to commend Customer Service Agent "Skip" on a tremendous effort to mitigate a problem I created by mistakenly making an international call without realizing I didn't have a proper calling plan in place.  My service was suspended and I was left with an exorbitant bill.  Skip's calm demeanor and professionalism kept me at ease as the problem was worked through to restore my service and reduce the bill considerably.  Thank you, it's nice to be rewarded for being a loyal customer for a number of years, which Skip repeatedly reminded me of, with excellent service when it's needed most.
