Not impressed so far
I ordered the gateway on 1/29 and received it on 1/31. So far… Consistently drops WiFi connections with internal devices. The internal battery won’t charge. Can’t get all the way through set-u...
I’ve been with TMOHI for about 1-½ months now. I was sent the Arcadyan KVD21 gateway and have had no issues so far with my internet service.
Instead of giving up on TMOHI altogether, you might want to consider giving up on the Nokia 5G21 gateway and seeing if TMO Support can send you an Arcadyan gateway to try out.
Have you consulted the Nokia gateway User Manual?
