Inseego X700 Mesh

I have an Inseego FX4120 and need the X700 mesh node to adequately cover all areas. TMobile indicates in their write-up regarding the 4100 gateway that the X700 is available at an additional cost.  However, after multiple attempts to order, no one at business customer care knows anything about this. 

T MOBILE HOW DO I GET THE X700?
