Incorrect Location

From what I've read is you will need a VPN since wireless internet doesn't have a fixed IP address.
I live in the Phoenix area and Google search sees me in the Tustin, CA on my phones internet.

After searching I discovered that to get a VPN you have to pay a monthly or yearly charge, download it, configure it for what you want to use it for, and include a local address that it would use. This may fix the issue, but this is NOT what I was looking for. T-Mobile should fix this issue on their end. They are the only service provider that I've had this location issue. The service should use the customer zip code as it location instead of an IP address scheme.
