How to cancel home internet for full refund?

I just ordered and set up the T-Mobile home internet this weekend. The internet speeds are terrible, and completely untenable. You could never do a Zoom call on it -- I can't even stream an audio podcast. When I ordered it, T-Mobile clearly advertised that if you cancel w/in 15 days, you get a full refund for everything. However, I am now looking for the option to cancel, and I cannot see one anywhere. I've checked my online account on the web and on the app. No cancel option. How do I cancel??

    Thanks! This number worked, but FYI, they said it's better to call the regular customer service line, and ask for Care rather than Sales: 800-937-8997. But yes, confirmed that you have to call to cancel. Thanks!

      Your number was better! Call T-Mobile High Speed Home Internet Sales: 1-844-839-5057. The other Customer Care number had a wait time of over an hour.
