So I went into the T-Mobile store to get a phone for my husband who was in a nursing home. As I’m just about done the guy behind the counter tells me I should try their internet I told him I was already set up with internet at home but he says you’ll save money using ours it won’t cost you a dime just take it home and plug it in so I said ok but I never did use it and actually forgot about it my husband got very sick and passed away. Well a few weeks later they shut my phone off and said I was supposed to return the device that I had forgotten I even had. I was never told anything about that ever. Now I’m on a payment plan and owe almost $400 for a device I never used nor wanted. It’s shady business and as soon as I get my devices paid off I’m switching companies. The fact that they would do this to a good customer speaks volumes to me about the company and I will never recommend T-Mobile again
