Ethernet Ports Not Working on G4AR
Overnight the ethernet ports are no longer working on the G4AR.
We have already restarted it with no success. Before last night it was working great for about 3/4 of a month.
Has anyone else run into this? Is an issue with the device itself? Wifi is working great overall.
Actually, I'm having the same problem as of today, but only with one of the ethernet ports. I'm wondering if it is the modem, I've checked my cable by switching it with another and it is still not working. If I don't have success, I'm going to take it in to switch it out with a new modem.
