Devices not connected

I show to have signal for my gateway but none of my devices are showing connected. The app shows all devices offline. How can I fix this?

Unplug the gateway for 30 seconds.

I have already tried that a few times. The gateway will show 20+ devices connected. The app only shows like 3-4 devices.
