T-mobile customer service getting worse
The last two times I called 611 customer service I had to wait 1 hour two days ago and 30 minutes today before an agent answered my phone. What is happening? EVERY time I call now I get an agent from the Philippines - many of which don’t speak english very well. Also, why is the call back feature gone?, that we used to not have to wait on hold and an agent would call back usually in only a few minutes. T-mobile should bring those customer service jobs back to the USA!
