call back option

It’s impossible to get a hold some anyone from T-Mobile!  It’s like after signing up, they no longer care.  I’ve trying to talk to someone numerous times for the last three days, being on hold for so long, but nothing!  The rep signed me up for a wrong phone, and I’m trying to get an upgrade before the 30-days period ends.  Does anyone have any idea how to request a call back?  TYIA

    Have you tried live chat. Sign into you MyTmobile account and go to look at phones and if it's available a chat window will pop up.
