My younger sibling's phone uses T Mobile. He can't remember the phone number, so he asked me to come.
What your siblings phone uses doesn't matter. Where did you get the phone from? A part of the SIM Unlock Policy requirements is X amount of days usage on the T-Mobile USA network. If it was used on a T-Mobile line, that line and account is required to be active to verify the usage and account requirements.
My sister gave me this machine. I haven't used it for a long time.
