Unlock 15 pro max

I need to unlock my phone imei: 351581972799914 can you help me please?

    According to the imei number the phone was not sold by Tmobile.

No I'm not a T-Mobile USA customer,I'm based in Egypt, and I've been suffering to unlock the phone, I purchased it locked, I even tried to contact T-mobile call center but I couldn't get through it gives invalid number, so can u assist to guide me what to do

It's not a Tmobile phone so Tmobile is unable to unlock another carriers phone.

    It's a T-Mobile phone, I checked and it showed the below
    Locked carrier 2408 - US Sprint T- Mobile locked policy 

    So what can I do please?

      You're not a Tmobile customer so they can't help. Where did you buy the phone? Take it back.

      Return it to where you purchased it.
