I need to unlock my phone imei: 351581972799914 can you help me please?
According to the imei number the phone was not sold by Tmobile.

No I'm not a T-Mobile USA customer,I'm based in Egypt, and I've been suffering to unlock the phone, I purchased it locked, I even tried to contact T-mobile call center but I couldn't get through it gives invalid number, so can u assist to guide me what to do
It's not a Tmobile phone so Tmobile is unable to unlock another carriers phone.

T-Mobile only SIM unlocks devices for customers whose devices and accounts meet all of the SIM Unlock Policy requirements. Unfortunately, there is nothing T-Mobile can do to help you.
