Sim unlock
Hello T-Mobile, I have an iphone 12 pro and I want to unlock the sim so I can use another carrier in another country
If you're a Tmobile USA customer and meet the requirements in the link below the phone should automatically unlock and you receive a text letting you know.

Device is paid off and you purchased it directly from T-Mobile USA? If you meet the requirements just call T-Mobile and they can send the Request to unlock, and it should take a couple days. If you don’t then you won’t get it unlocked. No one here on this forum can help you.
