Kindly help me unlock (SIM locked) the mobile phone. IMEI 355839088408697

      Hi Syaoran

      The device has met all of the SIM unlock policy. Since the SIM is used as E-SIM in NEW device the old (iphone) device bearing IMEI 355839088408697 can be unlocked for another SIM use.

        Each device is independent and must meet all of the SIM Unlock Policy requirements for the device and your T-Mobile USA account.  A SIM refers to a pSIM and or an eSIM.  The requirements are the same regardless.

      That doesn't make any difference.  T-Mobile USA only SIM unlocks devices sold by T-Mobile or an authorized retailer for their customers whose accounts and devices meet all of the SIM Unlock Policy requirements.
