iPhone 11 Pro Max only e-Sim Carrier lock

My iPhone is only blocked e-sim by Sprint and on the general →&nbsp;about&nbsp;it appears that there is no carrier lock.Help-me please

Are you a customer of Tmobile USA and the original owner of the phone?

I bought it from a friend here in Brazil and I can use the physical SIM from any operator but I can't use the e-sim stuck with Sprint

Since your not a Tmobile customer there's nothing they can do to help you.Also it sounds like the phone is jail broke not unlocked.
