device locked in another country
I bought a normal iPhone 14 here in Guatemala, I checked it in all possible places and it does not appear on the blacklist but it won't let me add esim here in Guatemala because it appears that the sim is blocked. Could someone help me on how to solve the issue?
Return it. Only the original owner can unlock it as you will not meet the requirements
