Worst coverage and service ever

We had T Mobil and kept dropping calls, no signal and blank air all the time . T Mobil technician's claimed it was our I phone 11s. They stated we need to upgrade to the I phone 15 at the time. The also changed my plan.  Low and behold we did that and it got worse. T Mobil Techs blamed everything from Apple upgrade, hard resets needed, Tower maintenance up grades. We got lied too so many times it was horrible. T Mobil has so many issues with their towers. They blames everything but them selves. I will be switching carriers and paying my phone off. The same phone they stated I needed to have no dropped calls.

    Same thing here in East Springfield MA.  18 months and still no improvement of coverage or signal.  T-Mobile's Technical Support just keeps telling they are working on it. Never gets better only worse.

    I have a similar experience with T-Mobile. I switched from USCC since TM bought them. I figured that With the additional towers, I would be getting really good service. I was wrong. My home is supposed to be in their 5GUC coverage zone, but I am lucky if I get 4G the majority of the time. I listen to streaming radio as I travel (55 miles) to work. During my drive from my house, I have had dropped calls, my streaming radio keeps stopping and I have to restart the station often. Even if I happen to get 5G or 5GUC, if the tower signal changes, I lose service. Only after I have traveled out of my HOME area by approx 15 miles will my service be steady. I have talked to a rep a couple of times shortly after getting T-Mobile and they assured me that they were "working on the towers" in my area. Surely they would have fixed things within 6 months? NOPE. They can't say it is my phone as once I am out of my area, it gets better ( but not great). I am actively looking for another provider as I cannot keep going with the poor service.
