Worst carrier ever
I have been with T-Mobile for over 10 years and they have been giving me the the worst customer service they have over charged me recently i had asked for an extension on my payment plan which they have did before and they have given me the wrong price they tried to charged me more than what it was i have told them several times to release to lines from my plan and they never listen they still kept the lines on my plan and want me to pay extra T-Mobile has been nothing but a pure headache in the past year but want to say they want to keep the customer happy how when they never listen and just want you to do what they want i will be leaving soon and not recommending anyone that i know to get a plan with them T-Mobile y’all been a pain in my behind since i gotten with yall

I’m not saying T-Mobile’s perfect (they’re not), but this really sounds like a billing issue that snowballed because you were hoping for exceptions. It’s frustrating, for sure… but expecting a company to keep giving you extensions and waiving charges doesn’t exactly make them the villain.

Same. They suck. Their customer service in store sucks. I hate this place and the coverage is trash too
