Wifi not working

I have the T-Mobile 5G router. Every night, at EXACTLY 12:00 AM, it just stops working. Everything starts slowing down, things not opening, loading, games not running properly. We’ve tried resetting the router, unplugging & replugging, NOTHING WORKS!!! We’ve even called and they reset it remotely, nothing helps. For how much we pay, it’s crazy that it doesn’t work half the time!
