Trying to leave review for great customer service

This company is terrible. I ordered 4 phones over a week ago. 3 arrived 2 days later and the last one was lost in the warehouse before being shipped. Now I am being told that I can either wait 2 additional weeks for them to do an internal investigation into what happened to the device (in their own warehouse) or I can pay an additional $100 to go to the local store and get the phone. Is that what we are doing now? Putting the company up on the customer? Needless to say, after 15 years with them, I will not be renewing my contract.

THIEVES!!!!!! THIEVES!!!!!!! THIEVES!!!!!! T MOBILE IS THE WORST PHONE SERVICE EVER!!!!!! THEY LIE AND DOUBLE UP ON YOUR PAYMENTS.!!!!!! I PAID BILLS AHEAD OF TIME AND STILL GOT CHARGED FEES AND PHONE WAS TURNED OFF DAYS AFTER PAYING!!!! THIS APP IS A JOKE AND THIS COMPANY ARE BASICALLY SCAM ARTIST JUST WITH A BIG NAME!!!!!

HORRIBLE SERVICE HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS LIED TOO AT THE STORE LIED TO ON THE PHONE ILL MAKE SURE EVERYONE I KNOW LEAVES T-MOBILE THE WORST COMANY IN THE US 

Don’t use T mobile save your money after you switch carriers they shut off your T mobile app so where you can’t see your bill and keep charging you for a line that the other carrier said they cancelled and you can’t see your bill on the app and they don’t send one in the mail   Terrible costumer service and bad reception almost everywhere 

GREAT CUST SVC @ store located in Kroger Ctr in Decatur. Needed to purchase a damaged phone for my sister who recently had both legs amputated. Both young ladies were very helpful and patient to replace the phone and take care of a couple of concerns l was having with my T-Mobile phone; they were professional and courteous. The visit was approx 30 minutes.

I have called customer service more than 20 times since June 26, 2024. It is now 2 months later and my simple problem isn't fixed. Your Christopher Newport University location is beyond horrible. The male with dreadlocks and tattoos is unprofessional, curses around customers and minors, wears his pants below his waist, doesn't listen to people and only focused on sales. When I initially walked into the store. It reminded me of an illegal transaction from a movie. I saw the pregnant lady I spoke with on the phone. A few seconds later, the guy with dreadlocks walks from a back room. Stating the following, " I heard you don't have plan with us." If he would have listened to me as both a new customer and person. I wouldn't have a complaint. I said I only wanted internet for 10-15 minutes. He couldn't match my current plan. I was satisfied with only internet. No adult with common sense, is going to accept $20 off internet (original price $65). When they purchase a phone plan, when their plan is only $26 a month. My employment involves construction and I barely use my phone. I am also a student. My employer has a well known work perks program with TMOBILE,  that matched my plan with a competitor. Your employee was too worried about a sale and a hustle, a phone charger wasn't offered. This was the start of the 20+ calls to customer service. The next call was because my phone plan was never explained. I asked prior to leaving my total bill because no one decided to explain plans. I was informed $125 at the lowest and $145 at the highest with taxes. Per customer, the bill was $205 a month. Because of this experience, I spent my Saturday August 24, 2024 from 3am-5am and again 11am-8pm between customer service and another location. To avoid more of an argument, this associate decided to refer to me as a liar. Also stated, "I am an adult. I could've just said no." I did for 10-15 minutes. He could've been a man and accepted the no as a response and moved on. This location has a bad reputation prior to my experience. Also, customer service was horrible as well with the many calls. On July 17th, I finally had the issues resolved by Vince so we thought. It wasn't until Saturday, when we noticed the employee put the account under sole proprietary instead of personal. This answered the questions of why I couldn't get the work perks that were put into your system.  As of today, my bill is still incorrect. If it isn't fixed as I've been telling customer service since June. The devices will be returned and I am done with broken promises, being hung up on, lied to etc. 

T-Mobile is the worst. They always have issues, ask you a bunch of useless questions over and over all just to tell you they can't do anything about it. They you around and around and make it seem like it's on your end that's messing up and when you resolve it and it's still having issues then they blame something else which they can't do anything about either so just wait. And then you wait and they tell you they'll give you a call when things are working but they don't call. They are legit the worst and I have no idea how this company is still running they treat their customers like and that's cause I've been with them 14 years but after all this from them I'm leaving and just want to leave this review for anyone that might be interested in them. Don't go with T-Mobile. Save your time and money on better because eventually you'll leave them anyway.

T-Mobile sucks ! I was with then forever and I left them because they tacked o insurance on my phone, and I told them I did not want it ! So I paid for it for 3 years s not knowning. And when I found out l, they only took off 1 month. When they started it insurance was only 10.00. Now it’s 18.00never even telling me about the cost they changed it to. Very very poor customer service, they won’t give me a proof of purchase now of ia phone i bought, that was stolen. I would never recommend them to anyone! SHAME on you TMobile u lost a good client
