Some older devices cannot connect to T-Mobile’s WiFi6 ax protocol. The usual suggestions include updating your drivers on your PC, separating the 2.4GHz and 5GHz bands, lowering the transmission to WiFi5 ac or n/g/b, or lowering the encryption (WPA).
