Text messages not received
I am not receiving text messages from 855-244-1752. This is a subscription service that I am enrolled in. I have confirmed with the provider that the problem is not on their end. They suggested I reach out to T-Mobile. I can confirm that I have not blocked text messages from this number. I need someone to look into this because I rely on this subscription service.
If the company is using e-mail to texts to send text messages. T-Mobile ended that service over a year ago for all but registered organizations and government services to cut down on spam texts.
