T-Mobile there go to excuse for anything is there is an outage.
for 5 years that's the one excuse I get every time I Call. T-Mobile please for the love of the Lord above. update the overseas tech support that have no IT training just read an outdated dsl book...
Have you ever read any carriers terms and conditions ? None of them guarantee service , there's to many things that can interfere.
