T-Mobile not working in Switzerland inspite of their assurances I have coverage in a Welcome to Switzrland message.
Was always auto connected to services in Switzerland via my iPhone. Not this time. T-Mobile wifi works fine but if away from wifi nothing.
On another note, T-Mobile services suck...Please Call Again Later.
you can try to contact them through their social media platforms like Facebook or Twitter..you start with a higher tier support that way anyways.
