Why is the service so bad when t mobile says it’s great?

    I’ve seen the T-Mobile 4G LTE home internet available (and tested it), then T-Mobile 5G home internet (available, tried it) … then ‘Not available’, then got it over the Xmas promo through a local store, and now I actually receive junk mail with my name trying to sell me on … T-Mobile home internet, when I already have it.

    What makes you think that your experience is the reflection of every other T-Mobile customer?  Personally, my service has been great.  Even in rural southern West Virginia, the service offered by T-Mobile is slowly getting better. 

    What device are you using and did you purchase it from T-Mobile?  Are you in a major city or very rural or tree heavy area?  

  • Sales will sell anything.  If I'm not mistaken, TMobile gives free trial,.others don't
