Rockstar Customer Service Rep

I called customer service today to inquire about adding a new line to my phone plan. I've been with T-Mobile for five years, and Austin was the best representative I've ever had. He was knowledgeable, knew what he was doing, answered all of my questions, and gave more helpful information about current deals, discounts, and different things about my account. This gentleman was amazing and I HIGHLY suggest a promotion, bonus, day off, or whatever you give rockstar employees. I'd hire him myself if I had my own company needing such support. If he had his own team, I'd see his greatness spread like a ripple effect. I honestly wish I could somehow request him any time I needed help. I hope this message finds him because he made my day, and I hope this makes his day too.
