Reactivate my old number

Hey there @lorenzo.tunesi Checking in here to see if you were able to get your services reactivated. We would love to know how you went about getting it fixed so others can do the same thing if they have the same question. Thanks!

If it's a prepaid plan adding funds to it will activate it.

There's only a few things Tmobile will cancel you're post paid account and the main one is exsessive roaming.

You need to call support or go to a Tmobile store.
