Poor signal

At my house i get a poor slow signal, but 1 block away i get a great fast signal.

I suspect there needs to be a cell tower closer to me.

How would one go about asking for a review of signal performance by T-Mobile ?

  • You call their customer support, or message them on the tmobile app and set up a signal test live with customer support, and ask of there is an area outage.

When I have they troubleshoot what possible issues it could be, walk me through settings or phone issues to clear and eliminate possible causes, and check my areas signal status and volume of calls for technical support from my zip code.

If the problem is harder to resolve they discuss possible hardware issues with router or phone, run additional tests remotely for device fitness, and will escalate the issue to be resolved by higher level tech support or take in device to be tested in person for faulty sim card, damaged charge port, or other things, and may recommend it be repaired.

    • I been reading all the post and everyone is saying the same thing which is why I’m switching over today. That’s a hassle because THEY have my information completely wrong. My Main phone number is showing the WiFi gateway box number. So annoying a waste of time and money
