I tried to transfer the phone number from my android to my iPhone 6s but it was locked to another carrier so the transfer didn't work. But now I have a new phone the iPhone XS,am I still able to to transfer the number to my new phone Instead?
Did you install the sim after a factory reset? You need to have the sim in during the setup process. Either that or the phone is still locked to another carrier.
Ok I get that,but when I put the SIM card into my new phone the number is there but there’s no service
The phone number is tied to the sim not the phone.
