NOT HELPFUL

It's ironic that when I need to talk to someone, I can never find a number.  Now, when I am looking for just general answers and want to find them on my own without having to talk to a sales rep, with T-Mobile, that is impossible.  I mean, I just want to know if there is coverage in my area and about the cost of plans.  I don't need anymore friends or conversations.
