No T-Tmobile service in Morocco for the Two days
I am a T-Mobile customer from the USA and have paid $50 for the international service add-on. However, I have had no service in Morocco for the past two days (6/26/24 and 6/27/24). My son and my sister are both experiencing the same issue, is anyone else experiencing this issue or has any information on resolving it? I talked to the customer service and they told me they have a global roaming issue without providing an ETA. Thank you.
We are finishing a month in Morocco. Paid the 50 international fee per person. It rarely worked. Completely unreliable for navigation. Strangely we almost always had signal but rarely connected.
Same issue for two people from our family currently there
Same here. Me and three other family members don’t have service.
