I had this happen to me last week. Samsung S20 5g+
Found instructions online to reset my network settings. Warning though...it erases all your stored wifi passwords to all networks, but well worth it as it totally fixed my Tmobile 5g coverage in my area. I was a transfer from Sprint and had bad coverage in areas of town on Tmobile. Turns out this reset just needed to be done...can't believe no one at Tmobile knew this....I now have super fast 5g everywhere. Suffered for about 6 months before this happened.
go to settings, general management, reset
It will ask you if you are sure and warn you it can't be undone.

You probably need to set the APN.

you will want to contact TMO either through call or Facebook/Twitter..the later two options lands you with higher tier support starting off..odds are you need someone with account access and the site here does not have that..peer to peer primarily.
