Never have 5G
I never have 5G coverage only LTE with one bar showing, I pay for 5G service but I am not getting it, have no service on several occasions and dropped calls all the time, this has started happening within the last 6 months what is going on with TMobiles service here in IA/IL area? It is to the point where we have discussed switching and have the pricing for moving to another company.
I'm in the same boat. Service has gotten worse and wore the last few of months. Places I had great service all the sudden have issues. Sometimes, sitting in one place, my service will go from full bars 5G to zero service, like someone hit reboot button. There are also times where I have ghost, or fake service. I will show full 5G, or close to it, but the data behaves like I don't have service at all. We keep hearing they are expanding but service is showing the opposite.
Getting close to switching.
Yes...I have this happen everyday at my work it says it is 5G but nothing will open on my phone...I just was at lunch called my fiance and the call dropped like 4 times - we are both on the same account for tmobile so 99% sure we will be switching this week.
