Lost 5G connection (14th Ave & Taravel St)

Hi all,

I live in San Francisco near the 14th Ave and Taraval St 5G tower. As of several days my TMHI router is no longer connecting to 5G. It keeps LTE only.

Wonder if you happen to know what I can do? Called support but they keep saying their system says everything is working fine.
