Losing service in the morning- Iphone 15

I also lose service in the morning between 10-11am mountain time.

My imessage is on but still “waiting for activation” and it sends me the Error message in my text messages stating that “an error occurred and your account is signed out of imessage”

This is coming with the new iPhone 15 pro, anyone else having this problem???
