I should get a new phone
I have been complaining about this Motorola edge which was a free phone 6 months ago. I have returned this phone because it does not work properly T-Mobile is aware of the problem and so is Motorola edge aware of the software problem. I was on my way for my third exchange when I was told to go to a store via email and the store was closed down. If you look on my record you will see I've called about this three times I have been waiting for 3 days for a supervisor to call me back which they have not done yet. I really don't know what's going on with T-Mobile but I've been with you guys for 21 years and I've never had such a horrible experience at customer service as I am having right now. I am so mad I would like to talk to the president of the company over this because I can't believe no one is doing anything about this problem I'm having.

No one will respond to help me with this matter it is unbelievable T-Mobile is nothing like the company it used to be please respond to my problem
