Horrible Download Speeds in San Jose, CA

I have a Samsung S21+ 5G. I was told from the sales person how good and reliable 5G was and I would love it.

Not even a year in...phone freezes, some apps dont work, 5G downloads are horrible and sometimes takes 10 min to send a picture via text.

I’m rebooting my phone at least 3x a week. Never had to do that. In fact, I had Metro PCS prior and their coverage was WAY better!

 

My download speeds are 5.16mbps and upload 0.27mbps.

 

Whats the deal? I want to end this contract!

  • unfortunately you will need to contact TMO either through calling in (tier 1 support) or through one of their social media platforms like Facebook or Twitter (tier 2 support). have them put in a network ticket for you.

    I've been with T-Mobile for over 7 years now and I literally love everything about their service.

    However, I just moved to an apartment in San Jose and cannot get ANY service inside the apartment and even on the side walk outside.

    This is shocking and surprising.

    Is there anything you can do to fix this?

    Right now I am using Wi-Fi calling using att Internet service.

    What a shame...
