Got trick didnt got the Promotion
I transfer from Verizon to T-Mobile i like the service but they told me i was going to get $800 for my iPhone 14 pro max 520G and $500 for the iPhone 13 pro Max 520G when the “gift card came in the iPhone 14 pro max was denied and they only gave me $300 for the 13 pro max. Also they told me when i join that if i did auto pay i was going to get $5 off per line but guess they only gave me $10 and i have 4 line. nobody on the store can answer or in the phone.
usually it’ll say why it was denied..usually there is missing info needed.
contact TMO through either Facebook or Twitter..this starts you with tier 2 support over the call in tier 1 support agents. they can hopefully get it figured out.
