Finally got Home Internet with very disappointing results
I was excited to finally have the T-Mobile home internet as an option only to discover after several calls to support that it’s just the weak signal even though the towers are nearby.
Slow connections cause streaming tv to buffer (always at the time when you really want to see/hear it! At first they told me that there was work being done on towers in my area so I waited a week and no improvement. Next support said she would open a work order and that I would get an email. Waited another week and no email so another call to support and after the standard trouble shooting he had me go outside and do a Speedtest on my phone which had a slow connection 7.8 down/2.1 up. He told me there would be tower upgrades but until then I would never get strong signals. I asked if there is a schedule for the upgrades and he said no. I really don’t want to go back to the only cable provider in our area but it seems I’ll have to.
