False Advertising
Don't recommend this company. My wife signed up because they were having a promotion with a free TV with internet sign up. Was told would ship within 10 weeks. 10 weeks go by so I call customer service. So they say I had to apply for the TV within 30 days of receiving our equipment even though I was told it was shipped. So they lie to get your business. Just another scam from another money hungry corrupt corporation. 😒 Will be finding a honest company to do business with instead of scammers. A company that has to lie to get your bussiness isn't trust worthy in my opinion. Internet is garbage anyway, I literally live less than a hundred yards from a cell tower and my hotspot on my CSpire phone gets higher speeds than this dumpster juice.
BEWARE of TMOBILE SCAMMER offering FREE PHONES - they tell you this, have you sign everything then when you get your bill, you will find you just bought a phone they scammed you into buying. I called and got a person from another country who PROMISED they removed it and still a year later I am still paying for my FREE phone. TMOBILE is the worst and if I could pay it off now I would and switch to back to my original provider. But i no choice until I can get it paid, but I surely will switch back and WILL NEVER FALL FOR THERE FREE PHONE SCAM AGAIN!!!!!!!!!
